Hello MELL Families!
The Fall 2025 season is almost here, and we’re excited to get back on the field! Player evaluations will take place next week. We’re still finalizing our player counts and will release the exact time slots for each player soon.
Please note: Players who are League Ages 4, 5, and 6 (T-Ball and Junior Machine Pitch) will not be evaluated for the Fall 2025 season.
Evaluation Schedule
Tuesday, August 12
Minors Division (League Age 8–9)
Starting at 6:15 PM @ Crawford Creek Park
Thursday, August 14
Majors Division (League Age 10–12)
Starting at 6:15 PM @ Crawford Creek Park
Coach Pitch Division (League Age 7)
Starting at 6:15 PM @ Kelley Park
If your child is League Age 8 and you’ve requested they play in Coach Pitch instead, please email us so we can assign them to the correct evaluation group on Thursday. We’ll follow up individually with those families to confirm.

Division Breakdown
Birthdates: September 1, 2018 – August 31, 2019
Birthdates: September 1, 2016 – August 31, 2018
Birthdates: September 1, 2014 – August 31, 2016
What to Bring
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in at the registration table near the concession area.
No Makeup Evaluations
If your child cannot attend their scheduled evaluation, they will be assigned a random draw number for the player draft. Evaluations are an important part of forming balanced teams, and attendance is strongly encouraged.
